Bio: Bill Allen

 Maybe the only living tri-polar cartoonist, Bill brings new meaning to the words he forgets. Comics are his passion, to the eternal gratitude of the near-physical partner he once encountered in his long, graying existence.

Born with upper class dreams and lower class earning power, Bill suffers mild self-delusion and obsesses over Charley Chan movies. Nobody knows why.

And, if possible, fewer care.
