Drawing and creating cartoon characters and stories has been a passion and love of Neil?s life since he was a teenager, with his first cartoons being enjoyed by his fellow students in the school magazine. Success continued with many opportunities to have cartoons, in strips and political comment published.

Full-time cartooning started in 1975 when he was appointed daily cartoonist for the Sun NewsPictorial in Melbourne, Australia.

Since 1980 Neil has drawn a total of six daily and six weekly cartoon features for various newspapers around Australia.

Twelve cartoon books have been published of Neil?s work on subject matters from Breastfeeding to babies in utero, koalas, families and social comment.

Neil is currently the Editorial Cartoonist for the Sunday Mail in Brisbane, Australia?s second largest selling newspaper.

He is also the recepient of fourteen Rotary International Cartoon Awards including Cartoon of the Year in 1998
